With its diverse study programmes, the Faculty of Human Sciences comprises around 2700 major and 1700 minor students and is one of the larger faculties at the University of Bern. It studies the human being from an empirical, behavioral, and social scientific perspective; its profile is shaped by modern infrastructure and the close link between research and teaching. Successful acquisition of third-party funding, postgraduate continuing education programmes, as well as cooperation with partners from business, sports, and society underline its broad network.
