Diversity and Equal Opportunities

The Phil.-hum. Faculty promotes equality for individuals belonging to diversity categories (physical and mental impairments; age; ethnic origin; social background and status; sexual orientation and gender identity) as well as diversity and equal opportunities at all levels. It strives to reduce barriers to entry and is committed to promoting the combination of work and family/care commitments.

The Lunchtalks aim to mentor mid-level staff in an informal setting. The talks focus on topics related to academic careers. The invited lecturers usually give a short keynote speech (30-45 minutes). She will present on the topic "A Winding Path to Success? Reflections on Non-Linear Academic Careers and Interdisciplinary Mobility".
