PhD Workshop: "Promoting mental health for PhD students"

Starting this autumn semester, we are offering a brand new workshop to promote the mental health of PhD students. We warmly invite all PhD students of the Phil.-hum. Faculty to this workshop („Workshop on promoting mental Health for PhD Students“). In an interactive format, we will jointly explore the mental health challenges commonly faced during the PhD journey and develop strategies to foster well-being and sustainable work practices in academia. The workshop offers space for reflection, exchange, and hands-on exercises.

The event will take place on Wednesday, 24 November 2025, from 16:00 to approximately 19:00, at the Institute of Sport Science (Room A007, Bremgartenstrasse 145, 3012 Bern). All participants are warmly invited to an apéro afterwards.

Lunchtalk

The next Lunchtalk will take place on Thursday, 6 November 2025, from 12:30 to 14:00 with Prof. Regula Everts at VonRoll (Fabrikstrasse 8, Room B007).
